The public record gate.

A record remains outside public discovery until every required field and control is complete. Material factual changes trigger a fresh review.

    Legal and trading identity are matched to the documented organisation.

  2. 02Official domain

    The primary destination and public contact route are checked.

  3. 03Published services

    Only services described by current official sources enter the record.

  4. 04Current information

    Sources are dated, the review expires and incomplete records fail closed.

Ongoing control

Review, correct, suspend.

TheTimeo records the reviewer, method, review date and next due date. A material change, expired review or failed control removes eligibility until the record is reviewed again.
